Because of the precise size of blocks, masonry can be built with thin layer binder and the strength of masonry is improved. Masonry strength can reach 80% of block cubic strength (brick wall is only about 30%). It can reduce the self weight of buildings, reduce the cost of foundation and Beam structure.
