Products description

Main material:
1. We use C style steel for main steel structure, the thickness is 1.8mm. However, there are other thickness you can choose, such as 1.5mm and 2.0mm.
2. We use 50mm color coated steel EPS sandwich panel for wall and roof, say the insulation material which can be 50mm, 75mm, 100mm. Usually 50mm will be suitable.

Prefabricated house advantages:
1. It is easy to assemble and disassemble, four persons can finish 100m2 in 8 hours, we will supply you the installation video and installation drawing, it could be installed by common worker with tools according our installation video.
2. This prefabricated house is widely used for workers' accommodation in building site, it can used for dormitory, labour camp, office, canteen and so on, it can be reused in lots of projects, which is very economical.
3. The layout is flexible, we can design it according your requirement and your own plan, the partition of the wall depends on you, we can design what partition you want.
4. The steel structure is connected by bolt and the wall is fixed by rivet, this kind of light steel structure can against 7 degree earthquake.
