Product Description
Our rigid-frame steel framing is so strong that it spans huge areas without needing any interior support columns. Unobstructed space allows warehouse operations more flexibility and increases efficiency.
KXD standard warehouses can span up to 150' in width without any interior supports; custom designs can clear span up to 200' in width or more. Widths up to 480' are possible with a load-bearing column in the center of the building.
Any length is possible with KXD metal warehouses.
Building heights up to 40' are standard. Towering heights allow the warehouse owners to exploit vertical space for greater SKU (stock keeping unit) capacity.
In addition, even taller warehouse structures are available with a custom quote.
If desired, KXD metal warehouse building kits may also include optional mezzanine floor systems.

Light steel structure building is a new type of building structure system, which is formed by the main steel framework such as H-section, Z-section, U-section steel components, roof and walls (a variety of panels) and other components such as windows and doors. Light steel structure building is widely used in warehouses, workshops, large factories, and so on.

1. D&D project
We undertook the design, production, construction and installation Qingdao D&D project by ourselves, The total area is about 40000 and this project which has a special shape(such as foyer, shaped lighting plate)required to complete 12000 within 100days , it also inspected works,various efforts of the corporation,and eventually all be finished as requested by Party and passed the quality inspection department of the test.
2. Korea steel
Korea steel company is Korea-owned and located in Qingdao Economic Development Zone , the first phrase and the third phrase are total 18000.
3. Mauritius project
This is a country landscape project and our company vested huge energy and purchased special; equipment, produced carefully up to every bolt and installed some times before export in factory. What we did got good reputation from users and gave us another order.
4. Uzbekistan Logistics warehouse
Uzbekistan Logistics warehouse has four logistic warehouses and total area is 40000 sq.m .We had not got any complaints about quality from the beginning to the end. Our CEO and our manager took a return visit to them because we can not be blind optimism , should visit them drivingly to find what should we do more for them
5. Gabon warehouse
Main steel frame of this warehouse is L type, 33m x 20m x 6m, request high technology and our company sent Mr.Li staffs to guide in site.
6. Argentine plant
Argentina plant is built in 2010 which is 84m x 64m with attached span, total area is 5930 sq.m and has been used now, this customer signed another contract with us ,wanted to build a new plant whose area is 7030 sq.m
Characteristics:

2. Great cost: Unit price range from USD35/m2 to USD100/m2 according to customer's request.

Materials:
1. The main frame (columns and beams) is made of welded steel or hot-rolled H-steel .
2. The columns are connected with the foundation by pre-embedding anchor bolt.
3. The beams and columns, beams and beams are connected with high-strength bolts.
4. The roof and wall steel part is made of cold form C or Z purlins.
5. The wall and roof are made of color steel sheet or sandwich panels, which are connected with the purlin by self-tapping screw.
