 1. Constructors 1) managerial and technical staff, 3-7 people; 2) erectors, 20-50 people;  2. Installation appliances 1) Equipments: 16 tons crane, 3-ton forklifts, welding machine, cutting machine, electric drill 2)Installation tools and appliances: slings, fixtures, wire ropes, cable wind rope, hemp rope, but chain, scaffolding, bamboo ladders, crow bars, sledge-hammers, stow-woods, glue guns, riveters, steel scissors, red steel puncher 3)Security supplies: Helmets, safety belts, safety nets, protective gloves, non-slip shoes, leakage protectors etc. 4)Setting-out measuring tools: theodolites, level instruments, steel tapes, steel rulers, spirit levels, hammer lines, construction line, ink ducts, red and blue pencils. 5)Construction wrenches: M20 high-strength large hexagon torque wrench, M12, M16|, M20, M22, M24, M30 open and spline end wrenches.

3.Materials checking: 1)Check the material list according to the Construction Detail, and then check objects according to the list, to avoid affecting installation schedule because of lacking components. 2)Check materials, the damaged or deformed should be rectified and repaired, and clashing painting parts should be made up. 3)Check qualified material quality certifications, English and Chinese signs, inspection reports and re-inspection reports. 4.Preparation of construction 1)Construction site should be flat and roads, water, electricity, storages and communications should be clear on the scene. 2)The construction site should have: office, rest, life, production, storage and other temporary housing. 5.the test of foundation buried bolts Use the theodolite and steel ruler to fix the base point, on which vertical and horizontal axis should be drawed. Then check anchor bolts according to the axis, and allowable deviation of the anchor bolts should be within 2MM. 2)Use the level instrument to take level of anchor bolts, allowable height/level deviation of the anchor bolts should be within 5MM. 3)The axis, height/level, deviation of the anchor bolts should be reported when they exceed the allowable norms. The responsible party should rectify the deviation according to the program performed by building and supervising teams.
V.Installation of steel columns:
1.Preparation: 1)Check up components and drilled holes of steel columns correctly. 2)Use theodolites to adjust level of the anchor bolts to ±0.00 3)Use forklift to transport steel columns to position for the convenient purpose of lifting by crane. 4)Draw axises around the column or position paralleled to the axis. 5)Roll iron sheet into a cylinder and set into the anchor bolt to prevent damage screws when steel column falling down. 2.Hoisting: 1)Hoisting should be started from axis between steel columns. 2)Because of vertical hoisting installation, colligation point of column should be at the position of 2/3 of total length. 3)A hemp rope should be tied to the bottom side to prevent the column over-swing in the process of lifting. 4)When steel lifted off at about 200mm above the ground, rigging and crane should be checked and confirmed safety, then the hoisting can be continued. 5)When steel column is lifted at 20-50mm above the anchor bolts, two feet catch the steel column to make the hole on the base anchor collimate the bolt rod while constructing the crane to lift down slowly and adjust the position continually to make the axis on steel column in accordance with the axis on the base. When both axies are fit, install inner plate to tighten the anchor bolt. 6)Remove hook after strengthening the steel column temporarily by using cable wind rope. 7)Hoist second column followed the above methods, removing hook after installing supports and tie bar between columns. 8)Hoist other columns one by one in the same way, meanwhile, installing the supports between columns and tie bars, then two purlines can be installed on the gable as supports. 3.Calibrating columns 1)At the time of hoisting the second column, placing two theodolites separately to both axises of the first installed steel column to examine the verticality of the steel column (allowable deviation of verticality of the steel column is within 5mm). Adjust nuts to make the verticality of the steel column to the required standard when the deviation exceeds. 2)Calibrate other columns in the same way. 3)Retest the steel column after installation of the supports and tie bars, and adjust the steel column to meet the requirement.

VI.Installation of steel beam
1.Preparation: 1)Check whether components and bolt hole of the beam are consistent with the construction details. 2)Assemble steel: because the steel beam is composed of three parts in this project, the three parts must be assembled before hoisting. The specific method is: first, to adjust the theodolite to a level, and then assemble the parts into one beam by using the forklift according to the construction details, finally fix it by using high strength hexagonal bolts (see detail construction methods of high strength hexagonal bolts below). 2.Installation of high strength hexagonal bolts: 1)pre-installed A.Examine the box: the things in this box should include a pair of high strength hexagonal bolts (including a bolt, a nut, two gaskets), Certificate of Conformity and Product Quality Certification. B.Calculate the final fastening value of the high strength hexagonal bolts according to the torque coefficient of the Product Quality Certification. C.Check up the rubbing surface to make sure it's dry, dustless and non-polluting; otherwise they should be dried. Make the surface flat and smooth. 2)installation A.first, paunch temporary bolts and nails into column (the nails should not be more than 30% of the temporary bolts, and the total number of nails and temporary blots should not be more than 2 and less than 1/3 of all the holes.), and than fix the left holes with high strength hexagonal bolts and tighten them with wrench. B.high strength hexagonal bolts should be in the same direction on the nod, convex side of the nut contacts with chamfer of the gasket, which should head towards the bolt head. C.first and final tightening of high strength hexagonal bolt: the order should be started from the center of the nod to the two ends. Have a mark for each tightening and fixing a high strength hexagonal bolt and screw the end of the beginning of the screw. And each must be fixed completely.

VII.Installation of purline, knee brace and brace
1.Screw and adjust the purline, knee brace, brace and tube stay tightly with the general bolt and nut according to the construction details. 2.Each nut should just use one gasket, which can not be instead by others. 3.The exposed screw thread should not be less than 280 thread pitches. 4.After pulling bar straight on the same plane or elevation of purlins should be in a straight line, purlins curved arrow high deviation is less than 5mm, purlin spacing tolerance of less than 3.0mm, or windows stand side verticality tolerance of 1mm, doorway standing seam tolerance of 3mm .

VIII.installation of colored sandwich board
3.Installation of sandwich panel 1)Measure and check up the length of sandwich panel on the spot. Correct the panel accordingly. 2)Hoist the wallboard to roof-truss, each room to place six or seven together alternately. 3)In accordance with the board's width, measure 10 pieces and make tags to check for the accuracy of the installation plate. 4)Fix both ends of the plate to the purlin with fasteners, and measure the size. 5)In each panel fastener in accordance with the determination of the location marked with a pencil so that the installation of solid pieces. 6)fix both ends of each plate with fasteners. For each 10 plates installed, check the installation quality according to the beginning mark. The unqualified should be adjusted. When adjusting the location of sandwich panels to meet the requirement, fixe both ends with fasteners, and then install other solid pieces. 7)When tightening self-tapping screws, should pay attention to tighten moderately, when the tightening gasket over time can turn send, or squeeze broken, even the sandwich squeezed concave and water seepage, causing water seepage problems, when tightening is not in place, seals reach the water effects and produce active phenomena in sandwich under pressure. 8)The roof panel needs to be lapped for its length. The board joints should be under the purlin, the overlap length of the board is 350mm, sealed with two tapes and fixed with rivets. 9)After installation check up all the fastening points, the wrong place with fastening drill and pull rivets should be sealed with waterproof glue. 10)the intersection of the two roof panels should be filled with glass sleaves before installation 11)Awning installation: awning beam downwardly oblique, with blades according to the size required to install fixed roof carved into the hole. 4.Installation requirements 1)The horizontal, vertical sandwich panel, and self-tapping screws should be in a line. 2) allowable deviation of parallel degree between roof cornices and roof is 4mm. 3)allowable deviation of verticality of door and window is 3mm. 4)allowable deviation of mismatch between two adjacent roof panels is 5mm. 5)allowable vertical deviation of panel is 20mm, and allowable vertical deviation of the wall plate is 5mm.

IX.installation requirements of a variety of splashing bending sheet
1.Lap bent parts, bent parts and the board contact surfaces need to stick waterproof tape, etc. should be wiped clean prior to tape seal securely. 2.Lap length between the bent parts at least 50mm, in the range of two-lap contact surfaces bent parts two waterproof tape shop, and two into plum-shaped fixing rivet, rivet spacing of 30-100mm. 3.Fixed rivet bent parts of the plate spacing of 300mm, awning flashing, ridge tile, gutters roof bent parts should be fixed at least two points of each peak 4.Door, window edging the installation order is the first bottom edging, then upright edging, the up edging on the last, and the horizontal and vertical intersection should raglan. 5.Roof mounted bending sequence should be re-sealed eaves gutter, awning closed slightly last ridge tile installation. 6.Ridge tile and awning bending mounted should be preceded fixed the tile mat from bending facade 50-100mm place, in case the roof peak of bending pieces should notches. 7.Have a height difference of bending parts installation from the bottom to up. 8.Eaves gutters are installed in the wall panels installation finished, 140mm at the gutters on the eaves purlins fixed with pop rivets (distance 500mm). And the installation at the open bucket overboard discharge port last gutters with wire bundles and secured. 9.Bending pieces of the same plane should form a straight line, wall corners edging application installation latitude actinomycetes. 10.iron, iron plates, rivets pull rod should be clean everyday before leaving to avoid polluting board surface.
