Prefabricated building is a steel structure built over a structural concept of hot rolled or built-up steel profiles with cladding materials and is ideal for use in industrial, wide span low rise buildings. The structural members are custom designed to be lighter in weight as well as high in strength and can be fitted with different structural additions like trusses, mezzanine floors, fascias, canopies and crane systems as per customer requirements. Applications of engineered buildings range from small car parking sheds to 100 m (+) wide clear span aircraft hangars to low-rise multi story buildings.
KXD specializes in designing and manufacturing steel buildings, prefabricated houses and section steel. With 80 sets of large precise and domestically advanced processing equipments, we can supply 25000 T steel material, 300 million square meters of steel plate every year.
1. The main frame (columns and beams) is made of welded H-style steel.
2. The columns are connected with the foundation by pre-embedding anchor bolt.
3. The beams and columns, beams and beams are connected with high intensity bolts.
4. The envelop construction net is made of cold form C-style purlins.
5. The wall and roof are made of color steel board or color steel sandwich panels, which are connected with the purlin by Self-tapping nails.
6. Doors and windows can be designed at anywhere which can be made into normal type, sliding type or roll up type with material of PVC, metal, alloy aluminum, sandwich panel and so on.
