Product Description

The modular container unit is designed as a light solid construction consisting of floor and roof frames and corner profiles. The system enables compounding of individual containers in longitudinal and transverse directions without limits. It also enables compounding of containers in 2 floors in height (ground floor + first floor), or in 3 floors in height for warehousing of these containers (ground floor + 2 floor). The container houses are made of light insulation panels and offer pleasant climate in the interior due to their building and physical properties.

(1)   Steel Framework

Primary frame: cold formed steel profiles to as columns and girders of roof and chassis in a thickness of 3 to 4mm
Secondary frame: rectangular hollow steel to be as secondary beam at the roof.
 
Fittings:8 corner fittings (dimensions according to ISO standard 1161), rainwater pipe in the roof framework, plate thickness of 10mm excluding top corner fittings of the top kit of each bundle (20mm thickness)

The prefab house is based on light steel as the skeleton, sandwich panels as the maintenance material, with standard modulus (1.8m) or space combination according to customer needs.

The components are connected by bolts, which can be disassembled, movable, reusable, and generalized. It is an industrialized building product. It is distinguished from the building structure and is mainly divided into built-in skeleton structure and external skeleton structure.

Saudi Arian company camp project

The labor dormitory camp project of the Saudi Bin Laden Group is a dormitory camp for the engineering workers of the Saudi Women's University of the Bin Laden Group. This labor camp adopts a total of 45 sets of double-layer color steel plate prefabricated houses, each with 40 houses, and each house has 8 workers.
