Description of steel structure plant:
1, main structure: commonly used welding constant section H-beams, welding variable section H-beams, rolled H-beams; Lattice structure can also be used (such as triangular roof frame, trapezoidal roof frame, lattice column, tube truss, etc.)
2, purlin: commonly used cold-formed thin-wall C-shaped steel or Z-shaped steel, such as the column distance is larger, can also use two C-shaped steel butt welding, high-frequency welding H-shaped steel, channel steel and other steels.
3. Roof panel:
A veneer: color profiled steel plate; B veneer + insulation: color profiled steel plate + glass fiber cotton; C double plate + insulation: outer plate color profiled steel plate + glass fiber cotton + inner plate color profiled steel plate; D composite board: polystyrene composite board, polyurethane composite board, rock wool composite board, glass fiber wool composite board;
4. Wall panel: same room panel
5, tie bar: welding round pipe, double Angle steel, etc

All the steel buildings are custom designed to be lighter in weight and high in strength. Steel productes loading and unloading:
The packing method for main steel frame use steel pallet, This method packing can better protect the steel frame, and alos the loading and unloading will be fast and convenient since it could be taken as a whole.(see attached photo). The best advantage can save the quantity of shipping contaier, so it will save the cost of ocean freight, save unlading time and cost.

ones to deal with the anti-rust requirements. The wall is using the horizontal installed V780 wave-shape colorbond steel sheet which is in perfect aesthetic situation.
