Cam-lock PU panel by hand made: 

The structure of the cam lock sandwich panel(eccentric hook type) is a polyurethane sandwich panel made by standard molds, which is embedded the eccentric hook in the mould around the sandwich panel when produce, convenient assembly, and generally applicable to small or medium-sized chiller and freezer cold storage, especially for modular walk-in cold room. 

Core material is Polyurethane sandwich material 
Double side : galvanised steel metal sheet, stainless steel, embossed aluminum

Fast-fit PUR panel by machine made:

The features of PUR insulation  panel: Good heat conductivity, great water absorption, good in temperature preservation performance, excellent compressive strength and tensile strength, not easy to deformation, it is widely used in maintaining the combination of cold storage structure.

Core material is Polyurethane sandwich material 
Double side : galvanised steel metal sheet, stainless steel, embossed aluminum

The application of this Polyurethane sandwich panel is to reduce heat transmission and keep the cold room, cold storage at a certain fixed temperature to keep the food fresh.
