The dimension of the building is 75m*30m*10m, and it built at Uganda, the material of the roof and wall is galvanized steel sheet, there is a 5 ton crane in the glass workshop. And this steel structure workshop is used for glass processing workshop. It took about 30 days to complete the installation works.

Product Description: 
The load bearing parts for steel structure workshop are mainly steel structures, including steel columns, steel beams, steel structural basements, bracing systems for wall and roof. Steel workshops are divided into Light Steel Workshops and Heavy Steel Workshops. The Main Structure are usually made of Q345 Steel while the Purlins and Bracing System are made of Q235 Steel. They are the most common steel materials used for steel structure in China. 

 


With the developing of the steel - structure building in China, the steel - structure workshop is widely used due to its wide span and light weight. Steel structure building is widely used as workshop, warehouse, factory, prefabricated house, hotel, church, garage, etc. It is durable, economic and environmentally friendly. 

Primary members are the main load carrying and support members of a pre-engineered building. The main frame members include columns, rafters and other supporting members. The shape and size of these members vary based on the application and requirements. The frame is erected by bolting the end plates of connecting sections together. All the steel sections and welded plate members are designed in accordance with the applicable sections as per the latest international codes and standards such as GB and ISO to meet all the customer specifications.

Another project: Two steel structure warehouse for office

The one of building is 25m*10m*6.5m, the slope of the roof is very steep. The quantity of main steel is about 6500kg. We provide the EPS panel for the roof and wall material, so that It has good thermal insulation effect. Our client allow my workers to installated the building, it total 16 days for four people.
