This steel workshop project was built in 2009 which is a building with a covering total area of 17200m2. KXD Provided the design,manufacture and installation for our clients. Our professional installation team helped local workers to guide the installation.
1. Main steel structure column: welded H steel; Q345B.
2. Roof Purlin: Galvanized C section;
3. Roof system: fiberglass 75mmglass wool+mesh+color steel sheet; The roof is equipped with circular-arch automatic ventilation skylight.
4. Wall system: with 1.2m brick wall ,75mm corrugated sandwich panel above 1.2m;
5. Tie bar: Q235B round tube;
6. Brace: Φ20 round steel;
7. Lateral and column bracing:Φ20  round steel;
8. Knee brace: L40 angle steel;
9.Covering& wall flashing:0.5MM color steel sheet;
10. Roof Gutter:Steel stainless
11. Down pipe: Φ110PVC;
12. Large Door: Electric rolling up shutter door;
13. Window: sliding PVC window and glass wall (two layer glass)
14. Color: white grey, (our common color still have blue,red)
