General Specifications

2. Earthquake Resistant:

Our painted Steel Structure are specifically engineered so as to resist building damage caused by major earthquakes.

3. Energy Efficient:

Our construction system creates valuable energy efficiencies through the use of a very sophisticate isolation material. We use a hypo-allergenic polyethylene foam or mineral foam- one of the most energy efficient homes available today. This radiant/moisture barrier reflects 97 % of the radiant heat penetration in summer and radiant heat loss in the winter.

4. Installation:

Installation is made according to the technical specifications established by the country where the houses will be built.

5. Timing:

First shipment leaves within short time after the contract is signed and the fist payment is executed.

The materials are loaded in 40 or 20 feet closed dry ocean containers.
