Project Details:
1. Primary Steel Structure: Lattice Column+ Welded H Beam with epoxy white painting, which will be bolted together at site;
2. Secondary Framing: C Purlin, Tie Bar, Roof and Wall Support are formed as secondary framing with epoxy white painting;
3. Bracing: Round steel is supplied with knee bracing (made by angle steel) and other supporting parts, which will improve the stability and durability of the whole structural building;
4. Roof & Wall Cladding: Single Corrugated Steel Sheet, Thickness=0.5mm, covered by transparent sheet on the length direction;
5. Lifting weight of Crane: 30T
6. Window: Aluminium-alloy Sliding Window
7. Door: Rolling Shutter
Two of our workers and a translator went to South Africa to help the installation for two month, and the whole project was finished in 2009
1. Raw-Material: Steel raw-materials in Q235 or Q345B. Roof and wall with Corrugated steel sheet or sandwich pane.

3. Project Sizes widely designed: Length depends, Width within 46 meter each span, height 10 meter around.
4. Loads information : general in wind within 0.6KN/,120km/h, Seismic grade with 7 class. Also based the loads offered by customer.
5. Delivery info: 400-500 sqmts can be packed per 40HQ. And 30 working days around after deposit arrived.
6. Widely Used as: Common Storages, manufacturing workshops, logistic park area etc.
